Order Processing & Dispatch

Most orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse the next day. Orders placed on weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.

During times of high demand such as christmas there is likely to be a slight delay in dispatching orders, so please check our store's home page for more details and allow extra time for delivery. Please be aware that bad weather conditions such as snow have an impact upon delivery. If for any reason there's a delay with your delivery, we'll be sure to contact you and keep you updated.

Please allow extra days for orders being deliverd to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.

Please remember that most of our items will not fit through your letter box. Therefore it's advisable to provide a delivery address where someone can be in during the day e.g a work address during the day.

Standard Delivery Service
Your order should usually arrive within 1-4 working days of your order being placed. In 90% of cases your item will be with you the next working day, although this is not guaranteed. We deliver within the UK, USA and parts of Europe. Please check our delivery timescales below for a list of European countries that we deliver to. Delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will inform you of the costs.

Royal Mail Airmail items usually arrive within 2-7 working days however please wait until 14 working days have passed before contacting us. Parcels being sent outside of Europe usually arrive within 10 working days but please allow 14 working days before contacting us.
